When One Door Closed, We Opened Another
Charlotte Mercantile wasn’t part of some long-term business plan — it was born out of necessity, heart, and community spirit. When the local flea market closed its doors, a tight-knit group of small business owners and loyal shoppers suddenly found themselves without a home.
Instead of giving up, we chose to rebuild.

We created a co-op marketplace that gives small businesses room to grow, shine, and serve the community with the same creativity and uniqueness they brought to the flea market — only now with a fresh new feel.
